He joined the business in 1995 and was appointed CEO in 2001.Ian is a Non-Executive Director of The Sage Group plc and previously worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company
Simon Boddie - Group Finance Director
Simon joined as Group Finance Director in September 2005. He has been involved in the implementation of many aspects of the Group's strategy including cost reduction, cash maximisation and the introduction of a new business performance management system. Previously, Simon held a variety of senior finance positions, latterly as Finance Director of Key Markets at Diageo.
Keith Reville - General Manager eCommerce
Keith holds global responsibility for eCommerce and is charged with driving forward the Group's e-commerce strategy to maximise the customers' online experience. Before joining Electrocomponents, Keith was Director of Online Sales for Orange UK Ltd where he was responsible for the company's online mobile store and telesales operations. His previous roles include Director of eBusiness at Hilton International Ltd and Head of Dotcom Sales at Thomas Cook UK.
